What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, plus Shop Pay.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@rw-limited.co.uk. We can change or cancel an order that has not been dispatched. Once it has shipped, you can return it under our Return and Refund Policy.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–6 business days. Total delivery time is usually 6–8 business days.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free orders over £50. Charges for smaller orders are shown at checkout.
Which carriers do you use?
Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx, depending on the size and weight of your order.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number when your order ships.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Who pays for return postage?
If an item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, we cover return postage. For other returns, the customer pays return postage.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email info@rw-limited.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Products
How do I choose the right capacity?
Check the gauge rating and working width in each listing against the material you use. For example, a 16 gauge brake will not fold 12 gauge steel. If you are unsure, tell us your material and thickness and we will recommend a tool.
Are your power tools suitable for UK mains?
Each listing states the voltage and plug type. Corded tools are supplied for UK 230V mains with a UK plug. If you are unsure about a specific tool, email us before ordering.
Do your tools come with instructions?
Yes. Tools are supplied with the manufacturer’s operating and safety instructions. Always use suitable eye, hand and hearing protection.
