What we collect
- Contact and order details: name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number and order history.
- Payment details: handled directly by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.
- Communications: messages you send us by email, phone or contact form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages viewed, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Some providers, including Shopify, may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, transfers are protected by UK adequacy regulations or approved safeguards, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for 6 years to meet UK tax requirements. Other data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
