Accepted payment methods
RW LTD accepts the following payment methods at checkout:
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards
- Shop Pay
We do not accept cash on delivery, cheques or bank transfers for online orders.
Currency and pricing
All prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices include VAT at the current UK rate where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
When you are charged
Your payment is authorised when you place your order and taken once the order is confirmed. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund the amount for that item in full.
Payment security
Checkout is processed by Shopify Payments over an encrypted (SSL) connection. Payments are handled by PCI DSS-compliant providers. RW LTD never sees or stores your full card number.
Declined payments
If a payment is declined, please check your card details and billing address, or contact your card issuer. You can also try another accepted payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to show the credit. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
