1. About these terms

These terms apply to all purchases from rw-limited.co.uk. its trading address at Flat 4, Cliffe Hill Works, Balne Ln, Wakefield WF2 0DF, United Kingdom. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred or payment cannot be verified. If we do, any payment taken will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Shop Pay. If a product is clearly mispriced, we will contact you before dispatch so you can confirm at the correct price or cancel.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once we have received full payment.

5. Your right to cancel

As a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We extend this to 30 days for unused items, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Faulty or incorrect goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as the law requires.

7. Product descriptions

We aim to describe every product accurately, including capacities, dimensions and contents. Small variations in colour or finish may occur. Images are for illustration only.

8. Safe use

Sheet metal tools and machinery must be used as the manufacturer instructs, with suitable personal protective equipment. Only competent persons should operate them. We are not responsible for loss or injury caused by misuse, modification or failure to follow the instructions.

9. Business customers

If you buy for business purposes, consumer cancellation rights do not apply. Our total liability to you is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses or for lost profit, business or production.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under English law. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made.

11. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather or supplier failure. We will tell you as soon as possible and you may cancel for a full refund.

All content on this website belongs to RW LTD or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
